This program offers you the chance to learn about the unique ingredients and traditional cooking methods of Daegu and Gyeongbuk regions. Create authentic Korean dishes with cultural value while sharing unforgettable moments with participants from around the world.
Program Details (Approx. 90 Minutes)
1. 9:50 Arrival at the Korean Traditional Culture Experience Center
Please arrive on the 2nd floor of the Korean Traditional Culture Experience Center 10 minutes in advance.
Once you enter the building, take the stairs to the right, and you will find the cooking class venue.
2. 10:00~10:20 Theoretical Lecture and Demonstration

3. Hands-on Practice (e.g., Daegu-Gyeongbuk Kimchi, Daegu-style Snacks, Gimbap, Vegetarian Ddearo-gukbap, Daegu Fried Chicken)

※ Participants will practice individually or within groups based on the menu.





4. 10:50~11:10 Tasting (Some dishes may be packed to take away instead of being tasted on-site.)
