Make tasty tart using various types of seasonal fruits and walnut which is the local delicacy of Gimcheon!

Cooking class learning the origin of cacao and how to making tart in detail at Angelique Cacao! You will be making a total of 6 mini tarts using fruits and walnuts that is the local delicacy of Gimcheon. You will be a tart expert under the guidance of following a friendly instructor!

 

 Before participating in the experience, learn the different varieties of cacao and the process of making chocolate. 

 

• The level of difficulty for making tart is too easy so you can make your very own tart with ease!

 

• You can make the tart that suits your taste putting the preferred cream filling among the custard cream, chocolate ganache, lemon cream.

 

• Bake the nutty candied walnuts and put them on the tart as much as you preferred. 

 

• Have a sweet and relaxing time as you make the tart with your family, friends, or loved ones. 

 

 After making Walnut tarts, you can also make the mini tarts using seasonal fruits grown in Gimcheon!

Experience Process

Duration: Approx 1 hour and 40 minutes

• Orientation and Menu explained(10minutes) → Making various cream filling(40minutes) → Cut the seasonal fruits, Make candied walnuts(20minutes) → Tart decoration(30minutes)

How to use

1. Make the reservation after choosing the desired date and time.

2.Check the voucher sent to the email/mobile phone.

※ A voucher will be sent right after your booking is confirmed.

3. Please make sure to arrive at least 10 minutes beforehand.

4. Present the voucher to the staff and proceed with the experience.

• [Gimcheon Bus Terminal] Get on the Taxi/Vehicle to [Angelique Cacao] → approximately 7 mins (approx. 4,800 won [KRW])

3. The tart size will be made through this experience is a mini size. You can be additionally purchased the big size tart on-site.

4. Types of Seasonal fruits may be varying different depending on the season and you can check the seasonal fruits on-site.
