韓国の食文化の根源を体験してみてください。

韓国の伝統的な市場で旬の地元食材を自分で選び、その食材に込められたストーリーを学ぶ旅に出かけましょう。OMEクッキングクラスでは、料理が心身を整えるウェルネス活動になります。ゆっくり味わいながら自然と触れ合い、食材を通して韓国の食文化を深く理解する時間を持ちましょう。

ソウルビューティーウェルネス100に選定されたOMEクッキングクラスは、単純なレシピを超え、食材、伝統、そして心を込めた料理を通じて韓国料理を真に体験したい方のための意義深い文化とウェルネス体験を提供します。

 

プログラム案内（約3時間）


① シェフと一緒に食材市場ツアー(午前10時から約1時間)

韓国最大の食材市場である京東市場周辺を一緒に回り、旬の食材を見ながら一緒に買い物をします。

 

② 韓国家庭式クッキングクラス(約1.5時間)

全3種類の旬の韓国料理を学び、シェフと一緒に作ります。

• 木曜日: 韓国料理レッスン (プルゴギチャプチェ, チヂミ, 季節の汁物)

• 金曜日: キムチマスタークラス(白菜キムチ、季節のキムチ作り、キムチとスユクを活用した様々な料理)

 

③ みんなで幸せな食事 (約0.5時間)

作った料理を一緒に食べながら、忘れられない思い出を作ります。

• 1号線祭基洞(チェギドン)駅2番出口前(出口を出て左側のビル前でお待ちください)

• オミ料理研究所のマーケットバスケットを持ってお待ちしております。すぐに見つけることができます。

注意事項

1. 必ず予約時間の5分前には到着してください。 遅刻の場合、途中参加及び返金はできません。

2.特定の食材や食べ物にアレルギーがある場合、またはベジタリアンやハラールメニューへの変更が必要な場合は、必ずお知らせください。

3.クラス参加者以外の同行者の見学はできません。

4.火と包丁を使用するクッキングクラスの特性上、安全のため14歳以上のみ参加可能です。

5.1時間ほど徒歩で市場ツアーが行われます。歩きやすい服装と運動靴の着用をお勧めします。

6.重い荷物がある場合、一緒に移動するのが難しい場合がありますので、軽い荷物のみ持参することをお勧めします。

7.雨や雪が降ってもクラスは行われます。 

8.運営のための最小人数(3人)に満たない場合、クラスがキャンセルされたり、参加日の変更を要請することができ、メールでご連絡いたします。

9.ツアー及びクラスは英語で行われます。

10.市場ツアーとクッキングクラスが行われる間、安全な運営のため、スタッフの案内に従ってください。

11.予約確定に関する案内メッセージは+82-10-5060-5250(whatsapp)にお送りします。

キャンセル規定

• 旅行日の3日前24時までにキャンセルした場合：100%返金 (KST)
• 旅行日の1日前17時までにキャンセルした場合：50%返金 (KST)
• 上記の規定期間以降は払い戻しいたしかねます。
• 当日キャンセルまたはノーショーは返金不可です。

Cooking with OME Cooking School was one of the highlights of our trip to Seoul ! Chef Minseon first greeted us right at the designated subway station making meetup easy.

She then guided us with detailed explanations through two traditional markets, one a medicinal and the other the largest culinary market in Seoul.

Cooking Studio just steps from the market had us hands on preparing then eating together. Thank you Chef Minseon and team for a memorable afternoon.

My fourth experience with Ome Cooking Lab, and as always, it was fantastic! The recipes were wonderful, the food was great, the market tour was so much fun, and the team was amazing! Planning to take a friend to one of the cooking classes next month!

It was a very great experience going around the market with Kim Minseon she was very knowledgeable of the area. The cooking class was amazing, she was very informative and patient in teaching how to cook. I recommend doing it when visiting Seoul.
Hopefully there will be other dishes that can be thought as I would love to keep doing this again.

Ms. Minseon was such a pleasant person. I really appreciate her knowledge, not just of the food, but the market itself and its history, as well.

The food was easy to cook, but incredibly delicious because of fresh local ingredients, and her homemade sauces and side dishes.

I really appreciate that, even though she didn't have the BTS cooking class we were hoping to join, she made us feel very comfortable with little touches to incorporate BTS in our experience! Very about and beyond!
