① Food ingredient market tour with chef (Approximately 1 hour from 10am)
Take a tour of Gyeongdong market, which is a largest food ingredient market in Korea, look and pick seasonal ingredients together.
② Korean Cooking Class: Tongyeong bibimbap (Approximately 1.5 hours)
Menu: Tongyeong neomul bibimbap (Southern korean style bibimbap), Tang guk (Korean clam soup), Nakji naengchae (Seafood salad with octopus), Yuja hwa chae (Yuja punch)
You will learn a total of four seasonal Korean dishes and you will make them with the chef.
