• Operating Period: April to November annually (Closed in winter)

[Daytime Kayak]

• 2:00 PM / 3:00 PM / 4:00 PM (Enjoy a relaxing view of the Han River during the day)

• Duration: Approx. 60 minutes (Includes 10 minutes of safety training)

[Sunset Kayak Schedule]

Sunset Kayak operates as a 'Free Pass', allowing you to board freely within the designated time frame. (Boarding Time: From the start time below until sunset)

🎒 What to Bring (Pro Tips)

• Bluetooth Speaker: We highly recommend enjoying your healing time with music under the blue sky. (Available for rent on-site for a small fee if you don't bring one.)

• UV Protection: There is no shade while kayaking. Please be sure to bring a hat, sunscreen, etc.

• Phone & Camera: Bring them for the best photos! We provide free waterproof bag rentals for your belongings. (Please ask the staff.)

📢 Essential Guidelines & Precautions

[Before Boarding]

• Mandatory Safety Pledge: Boarding is not allowed if the safety pledge is not completed.

• Boarding Restrictions: High school students and younger must be accompanied by a parent. Entry is strictly prohibited for anyone under the influence of alcohol, and bringing outside alcohol is also banned.

• Dress Code: Comfortable clothing is recommended as water may splash. Guests wearing unsecured footwear like slippers or flip-flops will not be allowed to board.

• Reservation Check: Walk-ins without a reservation may be turned away. Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled time for safety training. (We recommend departing early on weekends due to heavy traffic.)

• Pets: Pets are not allowed for safety reasons.

[While on the Water]

• Follow Safety Guards: Life jackets must be worn at all times from entry to exit. Failure to follow staff instructions, aggressive behavior, or intentionally jumping into the water will result in forced eviction (No refunds in such cases).

• Navigation Warning: Staying in or taking photos on active boat routes, and leaving designated safety zones are strictly prohibited. Golden Blue Marina is not responsible for any accidents caused by negligence or rule violations.

• Lost Belongings: Guests are responsible for their own belongings. (Tickets are non-transferable.)

• Overtime: Additional fees will apply if you exceed your allotted time. Returning the kayak early will not result in a partial refund for the remaining time.

• Facilities: Due to limited space, changing rooms and showers are not provided. A simple tap is available to wash hands and feet, but the use of soap, shampoo, or other detergents is strictly prohibited to protect the Han River's water quality.

⛔ Weather Conditions & Cancellation/Refund Policy

[Weather Conditions]

• Before Use: Operations may be suspended due to bad weather such as strong winds or heavy rain. In this case, a 100% refund or schedule change is available.

• During Use: If operations are suspended mid-tour due to sudden weather changes and you have already exceeded 1/3 of your allotted time, refunds will not be issued.

[Standard Cancellation/Refund Fees]

• Cancellation 5 days before boarding date: 100% Full Refund

• Cancellation 3 days before boarding date: 50% cancellation fee (50% Refund)

• Cancellation 1 day before boarding date: 70% cancellation fee (30% Refund)

• Same-day cancellation or no-show is non-refundable (Except for rain or company circumstances. No refunds or schedule changes are permitted for missing your scheduled boarding time.)

4. Present your voucher to staff and begin your experience.

1. Boarding procedures may take time, so please arrive on time. Failure to arrive before departure will be considered a same-day cancellation with no refund.
2. Please follow the captain/crew’s safety instructions when boarding and disembarking and avoid disturbing other guests.
3. Operation may change depending on weather and wind conditions for safety reasons.
4. Pregnant women, elderly guests with health concerns, and intoxicated individuals are not permitted to board.
5. Outside food is allowed (alcohol is prohibited), but please avoid strong-smelling food.
6. Public parking at Han River Park is available, but it may be crowded on weekends and holidays—public transportation is recommended.
7. Light snacks and drinks (non-alcoholic wine, non-alcoholic beer, soft drinks) are available in the waiting lounge.
8. If reservations are unavailable due to operational reasons, you will be notified via email by our CS team.
9. The Sunset Kayak Experience operates at different times depending on the sunset. Please make sure to check your boarding time when making a reservation.
