1. Richmond Yacht (RICHMOND YACHT)

Richmond is a luxury private yacht accommodating up to 50 guests, offering one of the finest experiences on the Han River in Seoul.
With spacious indoor areas and comfortable outdoor decks on both the 1st and 2nd floors, it is ideal for elegant events, parties, and special occasions.

Featuring an open and expansive layout, Rosella creates an exotic atmosphere. Its wide deck with net and standing areas, along with a unique helm, makes it popular for productions, corporate events, and large family gatherings.

1. Complete your reservation for your desired date and time.
2. Check the voucher sent via mobile or email.
   ※ The voucher will be issued after the reservation is confirmed.
3. Arrive at the location on time.
4. Present your voucher to staff and begin your experience.

1. Boarding procedures may take time, so please arrive on time. Failure to arrive before departure will be considered a same-day cancellation with no refund.
2. Please follow the captain/crew’s safety instructions when boarding and disembarking and avoid disturbing other guests.
3. Operation may change depending on weather and wind conditions for safety reasons.
4. Pregnant women, elderly guests with health concerns, and intoxicated individuals are not permitted to board.
5. Outside food is allowed (alcohol is prohibited), but please avoid strong-smelling food.
6. Public parking at Han River Park is available, but it may be crowded on weekends and holidays—public transportation is recommended.
7. Light snacks and drinks (non-alcoholic wine, non-alcoholic beer, soft drinks) are available in the waiting lounge.
8. If reservations are unavailable due to operational reasons, you will be notified via email by our CS team.
9. The Banpo Rainbow Fountain Show may not operate depending on weather or city conditions.
10. Infants under 24 months may board free of charge; proof of age (e.g., passport) is required.
