Precautions Before visiting
1. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the consultation starts.
2. We recommend coming with no makeup.
3. Date and time changes are allowed once; refunds are possible if requested at least 2 days in advance.
4. Same-day cancellations or refunds are not possible.
Refund Policy
Cancellations and refunds are available up to 3 days before the reservation date.
※ No cancellations or refunds are allowed 2 day before or on the day of the reservation. Changes are allowed once only.
※ Please arrive at the selected branch 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.

No refunds will be issued for sessions missed after the program has started.
