How to use

1. Select your desired date and time.
2. Check mobile voucher or email voucher.
※ Voucher will be sent after the operator confirms your reservation.
3. Arrive at the experience location on time and present your voucher received via KakaoTalk/email. 
4. Enjoy your experience.

Notice

1. The selected reservation time is the start time of the photoshoot. Late arrivals will result in reduced shooting time, and if you are more than 10 minutes late, the reservation will be canceled (non-refundable).

2. Reservations may not be available on your desired date or time. In such cases, our CS team will notify you via email. 

3. A maximum of 3 people can participate in a photoshoot at the same time.

4. Food and smoking are not allowed inside the building.

5. Other languages besides Korean and English can be accommodated using a translation device, and it will not interfere with the photoshoot.

Refund policy

• 100% refund at least 24h before start time
• No refunds will be issued after the period specified above.
• No refund for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
