1. Select the cruise date and complete the reservation after payment 

2. Package reservation confirmation email will be sent within 3 days of reservation 

3. Upon reservation confirmation, visit the Yeouido E-land Cruise ticket booth on the day of the cruise, complete the boarding declaration form, present your ID (passport), and verify your VK Membership (VK > My Page) 

(All coupons must be collected at the ticket booth, except for the Kensington Hotel stay coupon)

3-1. One-day package: Arrive at Yeouido E-land Cruise ticket booth by 18:30 to complete the necessary procedures and receive your cruise ticket and coupons (Moonlight Music Cruise departs at 19:00)

3-2. Half-day package: Arrive at Yeouido E-land Cruise ticket booth by 15:30 to complete the necessary procedures and receive your cruise ticket and coupons (Hangang River Tour Cruise departs at 16:00)

5. For one-day package reservation, Kensington Hotel Yeouido Seoul guests can check-in after 15:00 by providing the reservation name and passport 

1. All passengers are required to visit the Yeouido E-land Cruise ticket booth 

(Please arrive at least 30 to 60 min before your scheduled departure)

2. Passengers must present their ID (passport) and complete the boarding declaration form to collect their tickets and coupons

[Passenger Guide]

- In accordance with Excursion Ship and Business Ferry Act regulations, all passengers must present a valid ID for identity verification and fill out the boarding declaration form. 

- Please exchange your reservation for physical tickets at the ticket booth after presenting a valid ID and the completed boarding declaration form. 

- Tickets can be issued up to 5 min before the scheduled departure time; please arrive at the ticket booth at least 15 min prior to departure; failure to exchange your reservation for physical tickets may result in denial of boarding. 

- For identity verification, passengers may present a mobile ID or a photo ID as an alternative.

- In the case of children, teenagers, and foreigners, a guardian may complete the identity verification on their behalf. 

- In the case of foreigners, one group member may verify on behalf of the entire group.

- Accepted IDs (required to board the cruise): Passport, Foreign Residence Card, Overseas Korean Residence Card

- The cruise may be canceled in accordance with the emergency response manual for water accidents issued by the Hangang Park Headquarters.

-The cruise operates as scheduled even on rainy or snowy days. However, in case of an advisory from the Hangang Park Headquarters  (heavy rains, cold waves, the release of more than 3,000 tons of water from the dam, etc.), the cruise may not operate. In case of cancellation, passengers will be notified; a change in the reservation date will be allowed or a full refund will be issued.

• Ticket box Location : Get off Exit 3 of Yeouinaru Station(line 5) and go down to the Hangang River Park. → The Ticket box is located on the stairs before the dock.

After entering Yeouido Hangang River Park Parking Lot 1, go straight and park in the dedicated cruise area (free parking)

* Please note that on weekends, the surrounding roads and parking lots are very congested, so please use public transportation whenever possible.

-Cancellations or changes are not permitted on the day of your reservation. 

- For Cruises from Tuesdays to Saturdays, a full refund is available for the cancellations made by 16:00, a day before your scheduled date. 

- For Sunday or public holiday cruises, a full refund is available if the reservation is cancelled by 16:00, 2 days prior to the reservation date. 

- If there is a change in the number of passengers, you must cancel the existing reservation and make a new one (partial cancellations are not permitted)
