[How to Use the Jeungpyeong Tour Pass]

1. Purchase the Jeungpyeong Tour Pass.

2. After purchase, check the QR code on the voucher sent via KakaoTalk or email.

3. For facilities that require advance reservations or operational status checks, please be sure to confirm before your visit.

4. Present your voucher(QR code) at each facility to verify and use(or exchange for tickets).

5. The Jeungpyeong Tour Pass is valid until November 30, 2025. Once activated at the first venue, you must use the pass at all facilities within 24 hours.
 ※ You can check the remaining valid time in real-time through the KakaoTalk voucher notification.

Q. How will I receive the pass after purchasing?

A. After your purchase, a voucher will be sent to you via email and KakaoTalk notification. You can use the QR code included in the voucher.

Q. Can I purchase multiple passes at once and use them for different people?

A. Regardless of the number of passes purchased, only one QR code will be generated for each order. Therefore, all passes must be used at once, and splitting usage is impossible. If you plan to split the passes among different people, please purchase the number of passes according to the number of users. 

Q. How many people can use the passes at the same time?

A. You can purchase up to a maximum of 10 passes at once. If more than 10 people are using the passes, please purchase them in units of 10.

Q. What is the validity period of the pass?

A. The purchased pass is valid until the expiration date. Once the pass is verified at the first tourist site, it will be valid for 24 hours.

Q. Do I need to make a reservation for certain facilities?

A. Facilities that require reservations must be booked in advance for use. We recommend reserving any required facilities before using the pass for the first time.

Q. Can I get a refund for the unused items?

A. Due to the feature of the pass, refunds for unused facilities are impossible. We recommend checking the facilities' operating dates and making reservation in advance to plan your usage accordingly.

Q. Are there discounts for children, seniors, or military personnel?

A. Due to the feature of the product, which bundles standard tickets at a lower price, additional discounts based on age or other criteria are not applicable.

Q. Can unused passes be refunded?

A. Unused passes can be fully refunded until the expiration date. After the expiration date, refunds for unused pass will be processed sequentially.

※ Unused facilities (products) after the expiration date are non-refundable, even if not used.
