• Adult class: Everyday 14:30 / 16:30

1. Make the reservation on the date and time of your choice.

2. Check the voucher sent to the email/mobile phone.

 ※ A voucher will be sent right after your booking is confirmed.

3. Arrive 10 minutes before the meeting time on the day of the reservation and show the voucher to the staff.

4. Enjoy the experience.

1. You will be notified by the Travolution Inc. CS Team via email/phone call if the tour is unavailable on the day you desire.

2. Parking lot is not provided. Please park nearby the Hwahongmun public parking lot. 

3. Kids baking is available for children over 48 months to 6th graders.

4. Preschool children must be accompanied by their guardians.

5. If you are allergic to nuts, please tell the operator in advance when you make a reservation.

6. Outside food and beverage are not allowed to enter. (Except baby food)

7. One-day class is proceeding in the house, not a workshop. 

8. Please arrive 10 minutes before and wear an apron and wash your hands.

1. Visit the order confirmation page (Click Here) and insert your email address and reservation number (Booking ID starting with 'TV').

2. Once you have found your booking, click 'Request Refund' to request a cancellation and refund. 

※ Please note that must check the refund policy as you canceled. Cancellation will be applied as you click the "Request Refund" button. 

※ Refund may take time to process a refund as you cancel the reservation except for working time. (Weekdays 9:00~18:00 ) 

※ Refund normally proceeds on Monday as you cancel your reservation on the weekends.
