This was a very good class. We were taught how to make kimchi pancakes as well as different soju cocktails. The speed of the class was a bit fast but it should be a breeze if you prepare and measure the ingredients beforehand. For me, I had a different type of four and our teacher accommodated that by adjusting the recipe. I still use this recipe whenever i crave kimchi-jeon. It is very delicious and thank you for teaching!
