使用方法

1. 填寫必填資料後，請選擇日子並預約

2. 請確認經電郵發送的司機及車輛資料

3. 請於預約當天準時到達酒店門口等待接送車輛到達

注意事項

1. 這是不包括愛寶樂園門票的價格。 請通過鏈接單獨購買門票或訪問愛寶樂園現場購買。 如果您提前購買，愛寶樂園的票券將通過電子郵件發送。 如果到預約前一天爲止還沒有拿到票，請諮詢CS組。

2. 僅於指定日期使用EVERLAND愛寶樂園門票

3.  如需使用首爾地區外的VAN接送服務，有可能要額外付費，亦有可能未能提供該服務。若有查詢，請聯絡客服團隊

4. 攜帶寵物的人士必須把寵物放在寵物袋裡面方才可以搭乘車輛，亦有可能因為寵物的體積大小而無法搭乘

5. 比預定出發時間遲到多於15分鐘的話，每超過20分鐘需額外繳付20.000韓幣。如果沒有事先通知而遲到多於15分鐘的話，車輛將不會等候乘客，同時亦不會做出退款

6. 若需更改預約的話，請務必聯絡客服團隊。直接聯絡司機的話，是不能為您做出更改/退款

7. 若需於中途增加上落客點，有可能要額外付費，請預先聯絡客服團隊

退款規定

• 於宿舍搭乘車輛出發24小時前取消(以韓國時間為準)  : 100% 退款

• 於宿舍搭乘車輛出發12小時前取消(以韓國時間為準)  : 50% 退款 

• 其後不能退款

 • 遲到15分鐘以上而沒有通知客服中心/司機的話，會被當成NO-SHOW處理

Everland was a wonderful experience! Loved all the rides there and am a fan of how meticulously everything was managed and how helpful the staff was.
Loved Zootpia especially the Panda world! Meeting Le Bao and Ai Bao was like a dream come true for all of us. Wish we could have seen Fu Bao as well. Felt sorry for the red panda… (s)he needs a friend 😁
Special shout to our driver who was so awesome and made our trip so comfortable.
Small suggestion, the park needs to be elderly friendly too.

Driver didn’t speak English with us. Never received out tickets in time, even after calling and emailing. They said they sent it but i never received it.
